The 5th and 6th November sees the FA Silent Support weekend initiative across all grassroots football.

The club discussed this initiative and wants all teams to be aware that opposition teams maybe adhering to the silent support directive (support through applause only).

We as a club want to go a step further than silent support and want this weekend to be a Positive Support Weekend for all Greenleas JFC teams.

Spectators, parents, players, managers and assistant managers are crucial to creating a positive fun and safe environment for all teams to enjoy their football.

The club reminds all members of the club code of conduct, and that the message of ‘we only do positive’ message within the handbook.

So respect the referees, the opposition, the teams and the managers.

Encourage, support, and do positive only this weekend!
